With over 24 years of experience in the construction industry working with Owners, Architects, Engineers, Consultants, Inspectors, General Contractors, Construction Managers, and Subcontractors, we've learned what makes a project successful and we have the knowledge to forecast potential obstacles before they impact your project. We start by defining success for each stakeholder and developing a roadmap that both supports the Client's goals and ensures that all stakeholders benefit from the partnership while collectively contributing to the project's success. Timely collaboration, intentional effort and having the right people in the room not just at the beginning, but throughout the project ensures that the project runs efficiently from inception through closeout.

Having started my career in 1999, I've had the unique opportunity to work for Owners, Architects, General Contractors and Construction Managers in the K-14, Healthcare, Commercial, Private and Residential/Multi-Family industries. I've learned the value of relationships and how to work closely with teams to understand where areas of opportunities exist on each project and how to capitalize on them in ways that benefit the project and each stakeholder. While each project is unique, fundamentals and experiences applied at the right time and in the right manner can help ensure a project's success and can be used to help shape the team's approach. I see an opportunity on every project to improve on the process, to grow and learn more about each other and to help the Client and stakeholders appreciate and remember the process and the team, not just the building.

Planning

Design
Intentional design incorporates the wants, but also the needs; especially the needs of those who may not have a voice in the room. Industry knowledge of what works well, and what could use some improvement helps us provide thoughtful considerations and feedback at the appropriate time during design. We do so in a respectful manner to help ensure the design intent is preserved while end-user and occupant needs are not only met, but exceeded.
